Welcome Party III
Wednesday the 15th is confirmed as the date. I would suggest about 6:00PM.
I will be bringing a bunch of hotdogs, some burgers, and buns, more than enough to share. I will also be bringing cake. Also so that we don't all bring the same things here is a list of things I forsee us needing. Various disposable plates, cups, and cutlery. Foodwise, we will need condiments and toppings for food. Any meat other than burgers and hotdogs that you wish to eat. A few side dishes, drinks,and maybe some ice cream. We will of course also need fuel for the barbeque. Please respond to this post so that we can see who is bringing what and if anything else is needed.
